# Dashboard overview

> How the adorabl overview dashboard surfaces cash, AR, AP, operational health, and SaaS metrics.

The **Good morning** dashboard surfaces current cash, receivables, payables, and operational health. Tabs across the top switch the view by area.

All metrics reflect the organization selected in the sidebar.

## Tabs

| Tab | What it shows |

| **Overview** | Cash, forecast, open AR, open AP, the ops-health strip, and channel mix |
| **Commerce** | Open orders and the fulfillment queue: ready to fulfill, picking, packing, shipped today, and invoice errors |
| **Purchasing** | Purchase orders, receipts, and landed cost |
| **Inventory** | Stock value, items stocking out inside 14 days, and overstocked items |
| **Finance** | Cash, profit and loss, and the close checklist |
| **Accounts Payable** | Open bills, aging, cash out over the next 7 days, and overdue bills |
| **Accounts Receivable** | Collections measures, aging, and cash in over the next 7 days |
| **SaaS Metrics** | Recurring revenue, retention, burn, and runway — see [SaaS metrics](#saas-metrics) |

## Top KPI cards

| KPI | Source | Notes |

| **Cash on hand** | Connected bank accounts | Week-over-week delta and 7-day sparkline from posted transactions |
| **30-day forecast** | Cash projection engine | Projected balance after scheduled AP outflows and AR inflows |
| **Open AR** | Invoices | Total open balance, overdue count, dunning-active flag |
| **Open AP** | Bills | Open exposure and invoice count for posted or on-hold bills |

### Cash on hand

Cash balance sums liquid bank account balances. When no bank accounts are connected, the dashboard shows **\$0.00**—not a placeholder demo value.

### 30-day forecast

The forecast projects cash 30 days out from connected balances:

* **Outflows:** unpaid bills with scheduled pay dates in the window
* **Inflows:** open invoices using predicted pay dates (falls back to due dates)

## Secondary ops-health strip

| Metric | Computation |

| Orders · last 7 days | Count of sales orders excluding cancelled |
| Fulfilled on-time | Share of shipped orders that shipped within 2 days of order date |
| Inventory at risk | Items projected to stock out within 14 days plus items above max order quantity |
| Avg. reconcile lag | Mean age of unreconciled or needs-review bank transactions |

## Channel mix — all time

On **Overview** and **Commerce**, GMV, order counts, revenue share, and contribution margin are grouped by sales channel across every sales order the organization has recorded. Draft and cancelled orders are excluded.

Only channels with orders appear. When no orders exist, the section reads **No orders yet**.

## SaaS metrics

**SaaS Metrics** is for subscription revenue. The top row is **MRR**, **NRR**, **Net burn / mo**, and **Runway**. Panels under that cover ARR, retention, active subscriptions, the ARR waterfall, acquisition cost and lifetime value, and burn.

**Contracts** opens **Subscription contracts**, the recurring contracts that feed these figures. Each row shows the customer, status, billing, currency, and start and end dates. An open-ended contract shows **Open** in **End**.

## On a phone or tablet

Below the desktop width, the sidebar becomes a drawer. Tap the menu icon in the top bar to open the same grouped navigation, setup shortcuts, organization switcher, and theme toggle; the drawer closes when you pick a screen. Search and your user menu stay in the top bar.
