This guide walks you through your first session in adorabl. When you finish, you will know how to sign in, switch organizations, read the dashboard, find any screen, and open settings.

Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure you have:
  • An adorabl account (you received an invite from your organization admin, or you signed up and were added to an organization)
  • A supported web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge)
  • Permission to view the areas you need — your admin controls who can access the ERP platform

Get started

1

Sign in to adorabl

Open adorabl and sign in with the email address your organization uses.
  1. Go to adorabl.
  2. If you are not signed in, adorabl sends you to the sign-in page.
  3. Enter your email and password, or use the sign-in option your organization configured.
  4. After you sign in, adorabl opens the Dashboard.
Bookmark the sign-in page if you use adorabl daily.
2

Select your organization

adorabl is multi-tenant: everyone on your team works in a shared organization. All bills, invoices, inventory, and bank data belong to the organization you have selected.
  1. Look at the bottom of the left sidebar (desktop) or the top bar (mobile).
  2. Click the organization name — for example, Trail Ridge Outfitters.
  3. Choose the organization you want to work in.
adorabl reloads with that organization’s data. If you belong to only one organization, you may not need to switch.
Always confirm the correct organization is selected before entering bills, invoices, or payments. Data does not carry over between organizations.
3

Read the dashboard

The Dashboard is your morning briefing. It answers four questions at a glance:Below the KPI cards, adorabl shows operational health (recent orders, fulfillment, inventory risk, reconciliation lag) and the all-time sales mix by channel.A new organization may show zeros and empty states until you add customers, suppliers, bills, and bank connections. That is expected.See Dashboard overview for detail on each metric.
4

Navigate with the sidebar

The left sidebar groups screens the way you work. Collapse or expand a group by clicking its label. Click any screen name to open it.Each group also has a setup shortcut (gear icon) for configuration specific to that area. Organization-wide settings live under Settings in Data & Admin. Each screen header includes a Help control that opens the matching guide for that page in a new tab.
Click the arrow at the top of the sidebar to collapse it to icons only. Hover an icon to see its name. On a phone or tablet, the sidebar becomes a drawer — tap the menu icon in the top bar to open it.
Across the app, required fields are marked with a red asterisk and unmarked fields are optional. Hover or focus the info icon beside a label for guidance on that field.
5

Search for screens and records

Use universal search when you know what you need but not where it lives.
  1. Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows), or click Search… at the top of the sidebar.
  2. Type a screen name, a setup page, a create or import action, or a customer, supplier, item, sales order, purchase order, invoice, or bill.
  3. Select a result to jump there.
Pages and records are ranked together, so a search for units of measure opens Settings → Inventory → Units of measure, and a search for an order number opens that order. An empty query shows No results found. Recent searches appear at the top of the panel.
6

Open organization settings

Org-wide configuration — users, document numbering, and cross-cutting preferences — lives in Settings.
  1. In the sidebar, open Data & Admin.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Choose an area (Commerce, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Data & Admin) to configure that part of the ERP platform.
See Organization settings for what to configure first.
7

Sign out

Click your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar (or top bar on mobile) and choose Sign out when you are done.

Common first-week tasks

Once you are oriented, most teams start with one of these workflows:

Connect bank accounts

Link your business bank accounts so adorabl can import transactions and show cash balances.

Add suppliers and bills

Set up the suppliers you pay and enter your first bills.

Add customers and invoices

Set up customers and create your first invoices.

Organization settings

Invite users and configure organization-wide preferences.

Troubleshooting

Confirm the correct organization is selected in the organization switcher. A new organization has no transactions yet — connect bank accounts and add customers or suppliers to populate the dashboard.
Your admin must invite you to that organization. Ask them to confirm your email is added with the right access.
Search matches records in the organization you have selected. Switch organizations if the record belongs elsewhere, or confirm the record exists on its list screen.
Your role may not include that area. Ask your organization admin to review your access in Settings.
