October 2026

Connect QuickBooks

Settings → Data & Admin → QuickBooks Online imports the chart of accounts, suppliers, open documents, and history. Leave Import customers, items and sales orders from QuickBooks off when a commerce platform already owns those records. Field mapping chooses the QuickBooks field for each customer, supplier, and item. A sync run shows what was created, updated, skipped, moved to history, or deleted in QuickBooks. Activity attributes the write to QuickBooks Import. See QuickBooks.

Supplier returns

Create return on a posted receipt or posted bill drafts a return to the supplier. Choose the lines, Authorize, then Issue & debit. Issuing removes the units from the warehouse and posts an accounts payable debit. A shortage names the short lines and blocks issue until you lower the quantity or void the return. Supplier returns share Commerce → Returns with customer returns. See Supplier returns.

Receive what arrived on a customer return

Authorizing a customer return requires a Reason. When goods arrive, enter Received and Damaged; Restock is what goes back on the shelf. A warehouse with bins asks for Bins on the authorized return. Units that did not arrive stay available for a later return. Void asks for Customer cancelled, Entered in error, or Other. The Returns list opens unfiltered. Click a tile to narrow it, and click again to clear. See Customer returns.

Dashboard tabs and SaaS metrics

The home dashboard is tabbed: Overview, Commerce, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and SaaS Metrics. Subscription contracts lists the recurring contracts behind the SaaS Metrics tab. See Dashboard overview.

Default GL accounts hold item fallbacks

Inventory, cost of goods sold, and revenue fallbacks now live on Settings → Finance → Default GL Accounts, in Item GL accounts. Categories and items can still override them. The former Item GL defaults address opens that page. See Default GL accounts.

Item photos and supplier lead time

An item record accepts a JPG, PNG, or WebP photo, and a commerce sync can fill the same slot. The Stock tab’s Purchasing panel lists each supplier’s order quantities, a manual lead-time estimate, and a Calculated lead time from posted receipts. View receipts opens the receipt history behind that median. See Items.

Committed and inbound stock

Stock on hand adds Committed (quantity already promised to fulfillment) and Inbound (quantity still open on purchase orders). Inbound links to those purchase orders. See Stock on hand.

Test and production shipping keys

EasyPost account stores a Test API key and a Production API key. Active mode decides which key buys labels. Test purchases no real postage. Production does. See Connect a shipping account.

Confirm an order with Save

Save as Draft keeps a sales order editable. Save confirms it, assigns the order number, and releases fulfillment. The Orders list shows Channel and ext. order number. Fulfillment detail shows Postage for the label charge. Saving Amazon FBA as an active channel creates an Amazon FBA warehouse when no default warehouse is set. See Sales orders & fulfillment and Sales channels.

Reopen on the fiscal calendar, close on Period close

The fiscal calendar keeps the year structure and the close cutoff. Reopen Period and Unlock Period on that page ask for a reason. Close period and Lock period stay on Period close. Closing stops posting for every module, and reopening turns every module back on. See Fiscal calendar and Period close.

Landed cost line weight

A weight-based allocation needs a Unit weight and weight unit on every receipt line. Line weight is unit weight times quantity received. Confirm stays off until each line has a weight. You can save that weight back onto the item. See Landed cost.

Count a bin

When the warehouse uses bins, each inventory-count line has a Bin. Pick the bin, then enter Counted. See Inventory counts.

Opening inventory on the import plan

Import → Opening inventory loads on-hand quantity and cost by item and location. Opening inventory check compares the resulting inventory value with the opening trial balance control before you commit. The import updates stock and does not post the general ledger. See Master data.

New group, category, or terms from the record

New group and New terms sit on the customer and supplier fields. New category sits on the item Category field. Each creates the value without leaving the record. See Customers, Suppliers, and Items.

Multi-period bills

On a bill, check This is a multi-period bill and choose Period type: Monthly | 12 periods, Quarterly | 4 periods, or Annual | 1 period. After you post, Deferral schedule lists each recognition period, date, amount, and journal entry. See Bills & adjustments.

Customer returns

Commerce → Returns authorizes a return from a shipped sales order, recommends keep or receive from your Returns rules, and posts the credit memo. When goods come back, Receive & credit restocks them and books inventory against cost of goods sold. The list opens on Needs a decision. A keep credits immediately; a receive waits on Awaiting receipt. The RMA- number is assigned when the return leaves draft. See Customer returns.

Period close workspace

Finance → Period Close is the daily and month-end close screen. Daily soft close counts yesterday’s blockers — unmatched bank lines, unreleased drafts, documents on hold, unapplied cash, and failed feeds — and leaves unconnected checks unmarked rather than treating them as clear. Month-end hard close is the period checklist: mark manual tasks done, sign off, then Close period and Lock period. Reopen and unlock still require a reason. Module toggles and the cutoff stay on the fiscal calendar. See Period close.

Reports, including a cash flow statement

The Chart of Accounts Reports tab replaces the Account Balances tab. Statement type is Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, or Cash Flow. Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss can show Period Total, Quarterly, or Trailing months; Cash Flow can show a trailing view; the trial balance stays a period total. Pick one or more ledgers, Posted only or Posted + Unposted, and group by segment or dimension. The cash flow statement is the indirect method. Cash Flow Mappings classifies each balance sheet account, and the statement must tie to the cash balance on the general ledger, and adorabl does not force it to balance. This report is separate from the Cash Flow calendar. See Chart of accounts.

Service bills and chosen receipt or purchase-order lines

A new bill can stay standalone, pull quantities from Posted purchase receipts, or bill Purchase orders — including unreceived stock to goods-received-not-invoiced, and service or charge lines that never need a receipt. Create Service Bill is the path for a bill with no purchase source. Stock lines still have to match a receipt before post unless you built them from a purchase order on purpose. Receipt and purchase-order references stay on the Receipts tab. See Bills & adjustments.

Journal lines keep their segments

Posting a bill, invoice, credit or debit memo, or payment no longer collapses every line onto one natural account. Lines that share an account, side, segments, and dimensions are combined, and the AP, AR, and cash offsets are split the same way so a department or location report still balances. A required dimension is enforced only on accounts where that dimension applies. See Journal entries and Dimensions.

Fulfill remaining, and Shopify pickup-in-store stays open

Fulfill remaining on an in-house order opens the fulfillment already in pick or pack instead of starting another one. The first fulfillment is still Fulfill. Shopify buy-online, pick-up-in-store orders stay on that in-house path. Register Shopify POS sales still close as paid and picked up on import. See Sales orders & fulfillment and Connect Shopify.

Search covers pages as well as records

Universal search includes sidebar screens, setup pages, and create or import actions, ranked with matching customers, suppliers, items, orders, bills, and invoices. An empty query shows No results found. See Quickstart.

Cash Flow calendar opens the document

The calendar’s first tile is Cash position: month-opening book cash on your cash accounts, plus connected bank balances that are not already on those accounts. Open bills land on their pay date, or their due date when no pay date is set, including overdue bills. View Details opens the invoice, bill, or recurring template. Bank-feed rows have no document to open, so the button is hidden. See Cash flow.

Physical inventory and cycle counts

Inventory → Counts generates a count sheet from current on-hand for a whole warehouse, selected items, or selected bins, snapshots the system quantity, and shows variance as you enter counted quantities. Submit the sheet for review, then Approve & post to adjust stock and book the variance to your chosen account at each item’s posting cost. Counts receive a COUNT- number on creation. See Inventory counts and Next numbers.

Account Balances reporting on the Chart of Accounts

The Chart of Accounts screen gains an Account Balances tab with a configurable Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss built from posted (or posted plus unposted) activity. Filter by segment, dimension, or account range, pick the row layout and group-by, and share the report by URL. The Accounts tab now folds in postings to unmapped account codes and shows Net Income in Equity so the summary balances. See Chart of accounts.

Buy label is the ship step, with customs and clearer errors

In-house fulfillments now ship by buying the label from the pack stage: the ship-to is editable in the Details header, rates sit in a compact table with Cheapest and Fastest badges, and the ship-without-label and “continue with this rate” paths are gone. International destinations add a Customs declaration built from new HS tariff code and Country of origin fields on items. Before spending postage, adorabl checks bin allocations and item costs and names what is missing; carrier rejections now show the carrier’s own reason instead of a generic failure. See Shipping labels, Sales orders & fulfillment, and Items.

Per-shipment invoices and automatic order payment application

Each shipped fulfillment now creates its own invoice, short-picked shipments invoice the quantity that posted, and any successful payment already tied to the order — checkout deposit, prepayment, or incoming payment — is applied to the shipment invoice automatically regardless of channel flags. Residual cash flows to later invoices on multi-shipment orders. See Invoicing from fulfillment.

Shopify POS sales close out on import

Imported Shopify POS orders are recorded as picked up from the store warehouse, invoiced, and paid as soon as they arrive, so register sales no longer wait in the fulfillment queue. POS detection reads the source and app markers Shopify sends with the order. The Shopify Activity tab now names each event in plain terms and links to the adorabl order, item, or shipment it touched. See Connect Shopify and Sales channels.

Fulfillment detail, lists, and the items catalog

Fulfillment progress moved into the Details card header as a compact strip, and the Details card starts collapsed on pick and pack screens so the work sits at the top. Search works on every list, with labeled status filters and Showing X of Y counts; the Receipts list gains Draft, Posted, and Cancelled / void tiles. Stock items with no unit cost show a warning icon on the Items list. See Sales orders & fulfillment, Purchase orders & receipts, and Items.

September 2026

Landed cost

Freight, duty, handling, insurance, and other acquisition charges can now be absorbed into inventory cost. Click Add landed cost on a posted receipt (or New allocation under Purchasing → Landed cost) to allocate an estimate across one or more receipts by value, weight, volume, quantity, or manual factors; preview with zero GL impact, then confirm. When the carrier or broker invoice arrives, enter actuals and post the true-up — on-hand units absorb the delta, sold units post to Landed cost true-up, and standard-cost items post to purchase price variance. Purchase orders carry Quoted freight / duty / handling / insurance / other that seed estimates; items carry Landed cost factors (unit weight and volume with units); receipts gain a Landed costs tab; the item Costing tab shows the landed cost buildup; and events receive an LC- number. See Landed cost, Landed cost components, System accounts, Items, and Units of measure.

Partner API and API clients

Integrations can now read and write customers, suppliers, items, and sales orders through a REST API secured with OAuth 2.0 client credentials. Admins issue clients and assign read or write scopes under Settings → Data & Admin → API clients; the secret is shown once and can be rotated or revoked. A new Technical reference section documents authentication, conventions, and every endpoint. See API clients and Partner API.

Fulfillment method decides the label

The separate label and carrier policy is retired. Only In-house fulfillments weigh a package and buy a label; 3PL, customer pickup, marketplace, and supplier drop-ship fulfillments skip both. Orders with stock lines wait for a posted fulfillment before any invoice, for every method, and service-only orders are invoiced when you choose with Create from Sales Orders. See Sales channels, Sales orders & fulfillment, and Invoices & adjustments.

Invoice terms are always set

AR invoices now require Terms, filled from the customer’s default terms or the sales order and enforced on save, so due dates and cash discount dates are always derivable. GL account pickers on bill and invoice lines show code - name, and payment links from a sales order open the incoming payment directly. See Invoices & adjustments.

Mobile navigation and form conventions

Below desktop width the sidebar is a drawer opened from the top bar, with the same grouped navigation, setup shortcuts, and organization switcher. Across the app, required fields carry a red asterisk, unmarked fields are optional, and helper text lives in an info-icon tooltip beside the label. System accounts and item GL defaults are grouped into sections with header Save icons that activate only when something changed. The dashboard retires the 14-day cash trajectory chart and next outgoing payments table in favor of Cash flow; setup hubs drop items that are already configured or not planned. See Quickstart, Dashboard overview, System accounts, and Operations setup.

Invoices created automatically at ship

When a fulfillment ships in full — in-house, 3PL, customer pickup, or marketplace confirmation — adorabl creates the AR invoice from the shipment. Partial shipments wait; an order can carry several invoices and stays open until every shipped quantity is billed. Channels flagged Prepayment expected apply the checkout deposit to the new invoice. Failures surface as Invoice pending – error on the fulfillment and are retried automatically. Shopify POS and Amazon FBA orders now record payment at confirm and invoice after the pickup or marketplace fulfillment is recorded. See Invoicing from fulfillment, Sales channels, and Invoices & adjustments.

Audit trail, record activity, and reasoned changes

Every bill, invoice, order, receipt, fulfillment, customer, supplier, item, and employee now has an Activity tab showing who changed which fields and when, and an organization-wide Audit log lives under Settings → Data & Admin. Saving a material change to an open sales order, an open purchase order, or a customer, item, or supplier asks for a reason in a bar docked next to Save changes and records a reconstructible before-and-after snapshot on a new Order actions, Customer actions, Item actions, or Supplier actions tab. Imports and channel syncs record their source instead of prompting. See Audit log and record history, Sales orders & fulfillment, and Purchase orders & receipts.

Posting periods with module-level close

The fiscal calendar now stores real posting periods you can Close, Reopen, Lock, and Unlock, with per-period AP, AR, Inventory, and Cash toggles. View Outstanding Items lists the drafts and unreconciled bank transactions blocking a close. Every posting path honors the period, and reopen or unlock requires a reason. See Fiscal calendar and Period close.

Weighted-average costing

Stock items can now use Average (weighted) costing beside Standard. Receipts blend into a perpetual average, shipments post cost of goods sold at the current average, bill-versus-receipt differences revalue stock on hand, and a new Costing tab shows the cost-movement ledger. The Items list gains Cost and Costing columns. See Items.

Inventory adjustments post to the ledger

Posting an inventory adjustment now creates a balanced journal entry against the offset account mapped to its reason (Damage, Theft, Cycle count, Found, Promo / Sample, Write-off) under the new Adjustment reasons setup page. Transfers move quantity without a journal entry. Voiding an adjustment reverses its journal. See Inventory transactions and Adjustment reasons.

Supplier-first receiving across purchase orders

New receipt starts from the supplier: every open purchase order and line is included, and you uncheck what did not arrive. Scan a PO number to keep one PO in focus. Receipts use Save as Draft and Save, keep a Draft label until posted, and the RCPT- number is assigned at post. See Receive goods.

Smart receipt matching and supplier references on bills

Standalone bills auto-link stock lines to the single posted receipt that safely matches, show PO and receipt provenance under each line, and enforce receipt matching plus a 2% / $1 price tolerance at post. Bills gain a Supplier ref field — required on new bills and copies and unique per supplier — so duplicate supplier invoices are caught on save. AP and AR lists, actions, and columns now say Transaction (for example, New Transaction, Transactions to Apply). See Bills & adjustments.

Copy transactions, orders, and payments

Copy transaction on invoices, bills, credit memos, and debit memos, Copy payment on incoming and outgoing payments, and Copy order on purchase orders create a current-dated draft with commercial details but without posting, application, or receipt state. See Bills & adjustments, Invoices & adjustments, Incoming payments, Outgoing payments, and Purchase orders & receipts.

Draft transactions no longer consume numbers

Invoices, bills, purchase orders, sales orders, payments, and journal entries receive their number only when they leave draft. Drafts display as Draft invoice, Draft bill, and so on across lists, headers, and search. AR and AP transactions also enforce required header and line fields on both draft save and post, and write-offs join the AR transaction types. See Next numbers and Invoices & adjustments.

Shopify readiness, field mappings, and exception replay

The Shopify setup page shows Initial data readiness for products, warehouses, and orders and recovers stuck imports on its own. A new Field mappings page lets you change or bulk-remap confirmed SKU, warehouse, and guest-customer mappings. Payment, shipment, and order-update exceptions can be retried or dismissed, safe order edits apply automatically, and adorabl polls Shopify every few minutes for missed changes. Shopify order numbers now land in a dedicated Channel order number field on the sales order. See Connect Shopify and Sales orders & fulfillment.

Fulfillments list, marketplace warehouses, and freight accrual

The Fulfillments list shows every fulfillment document with Ready to fulfill, Picking, Packing, Shipped today, and Invoice pending – error tiles. A Marketplace warehouse type (seeded as AMZ-FBA) relieves inventory and COGS when Amazon confirms an FBA shipment; Shopify POS pickups relieve the store warehouse. Purchased label cost is accrued to Freight expense / Freight clearing at ship and reversed on void, and rating fails closed when the assigned warehouse address is incomplete. See Sales orders & fulfillment, Warehouses, Shipping labels, and System accounts.

Dashboard channel mix and required dimensions

Channel mix on the dashboard now aggregates every submitted order rather than today’s. Dimensions have a Required switch that is enforced on every journal entry line at posting. See Dashboard overview and Dimensions.

Shopify connection and sync decisions

Connect Shopify from Commerce setup, import products, locations, customers, and orders, and resolve uncertain SKU or warehouse matches from one integration page. The Activity and Resolved tabs show sync health and prior decisions. Products without a Shopify SKU now become separate numbered items instead of being combined. See Connect Shopify, Sales channels, and Items.

Flexible fulfillment and linked purchasing

Sales orders now support in-house, customer pickup, 3PL, marketplace, and supplier drop-ship fulfillment. Customer pickup skips manual picking, while external methods create a waiting fulfillment on submit. Drop-ship and purchase-to-order lines create linked supplier POs, and a received purchase-to-order PO continues directly into sales fulfillment. See Sales orders & fulfillment and Purchase orders & receipts.

Fulfillment-driven invoicing

Orders that require shipment or external fulfillment now wait to invoice until fulfillment is recorded. This includes applicable in-house, 3PL, B2B Portal, EDI, and supplier drop-ship workflows. The workflow guide on each order shows the applied timing. See Sales orders & fulfillment and Sales channels.

Safer sales-order entry and corrections

Sales-order lines now show warehouse on hand, standard cost, and gross margin. Open orders can return to draft when no downstream work is committed, while partially fulfilled orders allow safe changes only to uncommitted quantities and lines. Copy order creates a new draft without copying fulfillment activity. See Sales orders & fulfillment.

Connect your shipping account

Each organization can connect its own EasyPost account with a production key, review account health, and use that account to quote and buy labels. Channel settings also support No label required for pickup, local delivery, and other workflows that do not purchase postage. See Connect a shipping account, Shipping labels, and Sales channels.

Dynamic GL coding

Journal entries, bills, and invoices now select the natural GL Account, segments, and dimensions separately. Valid combinations resolve when the transaction posts, so you no longer need to generate every account combination in advance. See Chart of accounts setup and Dimensions.

Journal entry duplication and customer-group setup

Duplicate a live journal entry into a new editable draft dated today. Accounts Receivable setup now also links directly to Customer Groups for inherited payment, delivery, and financial defaults. See Journal entries and Receivables setup.

Pick, pack, and ship fulfillment

Warehouse fulfillment is now a full pick → pack → ship workflow with dedicated Pick, Pack, and Ship queues, bin-level pick capture, box and scale-based packing, printable pack slips, and tote scanning on the pack queue. Channel defaults drive shipping policy and fulfillment method on each order. See Sales orders & fulfillment and Sales channels.

Consolidated invoicing and billing

Create one AR invoice from multiple sales orders or shipments, or one AP bill from multiple purchase orders or receipts, using the Documents to Apply picker on new invoice and bill screens. See Invoices & adjustments and Bills & adjustments.

Status filter tiles on document lists

Bills, Invoices, Incoming Payments, and Outgoing Payments lists now show clickable status tiles with live counts (Draft, Open, Partial, Closed, Voided) so you can jump straight to work in each state. See Bills & adjustments, Invoices & adjustments, Incoming payments, and Outgoing payments.

Shared document actions and Save as Draft

Bills, purchase orders, sales orders, AR invoices, inventory transactions, and incoming payments share a consistent header action bar with Save as Draft (table-only, no GL post) and Save (post/commit). Outgoing payments use the same pattern. See Bills & adjustments, Invoices & adjustments, Purchasing, Sales orders & fulfillment, Inventory transactions, Incoming payments, and Outgoing payments.

Migrated history in operational lists

Organizations that imported legacy data now see pre-cutover invoices, bills, journal entries, and closed sales and purchase orders woven into the live document lists and party timelines, with a Migrated badge on imported open documents. Click through to read-only archive detail when you need the original record. See Customers, Suppliers, Invoices & adjustments, Bills & adjustments, Journal entries, and Purchasing.

Shared party linking

Link a customer record to a supplier record (and vice versa) on the Shared party tab, with optional combined transaction history and combined AR/AP balances when the same real-world entity exists on both sides of the house. See Customers and Suppliers.

UOM on invoice lines and stock display

AR invoice lines now support unit-of-measure selection like bills and purchase orders. Stock on hand and item records restate quantities in each item’s configured base, purchase, and sales units. See Invoices & adjustments, Units of measure, Stock on hand, and Items.

Import hub redesign

The Import hub (/import) is now a dependency map and list that shows which migration steps are ready, blocked, or complete — including opening trial balance, opening inventory, open AR/AP, and master data — with a handoff to Migration Verification when imports finish. See Master data.

Order workflow guide and channel defaults

Each sales order shows how its channel’s fulfillment method and shipping policy drive pick, pack, ship, and invoicing behavior. Configure defaults per channel under Commerce setup, and open the full Workflow summary from the order or Sales Orders list. See Sales channels and Sales orders & fulfillment.

Per-page Help

Every screen header includes a Help control that opens the matching Mintlify guide for that page in a new tab. See Quickstart.

Inventory and Purchasing setup split

Operations setup is now two areas: Inventory setup (warehouses, catalog, replenishment, units of measure) and Purchasing setup (supplier lead times, PO approvals, scorecards). Commerce setup tracks packaging boxes and packing scales used in fulfillment. See Operations setup and Sales channels.

August 2026

Carrier rates and shipping labels

Compare live carrier rates on a sales order, add a payment method to the shipping wallet, and buy a label that prints, tracks, and ships the fulfillment — including inventory relief and COGS. Void unused labels to request a carrier refund and reverse the fulfillment. See Shipping labels and Sales orders & fulfillment.

Credit and debit memos are first-class documents

Credit memos and debit memos now work like bills and invoices across accounts payable and receivable. Create them from the Bills or Invoices list with New Document, post them standalone or applied against open documents, and choose an offset account with a live journal-entry preview. The separate Adjustments tab is retired. See Bills & adjustments and Invoices & adjustments.

Auto-apply and application history

Open invoices, bills, and memos can auto-apply their balance to open documents oldest-first, and a posted credit memo closes its target document alongside it. Once a document settles, its applications become a read-only Application History tab so the audit trail stays intact. See Invoices & adjustments and Bills & adjustments.

Deferral schedules on bills

Recognize a bill’s cost over time with the new Create Deferral Schedule header action, available on Bill documents. See Bills & adjustments.

Prepayments and editable payment applications

Record prepayments on incoming and outgoing payments, edit how an already-posted payment is applied, and read the document type from a new Type column on the payment screens. See Incoming payments and Outgoing payments.

Multiple units of measure

Buy, stock, and sell an item in different units with automatic conversion. Define a shared unit list, set base/purchase/sales units and conversions per item, and pick the unit per line on purchase orders, receipts, and bills. See Units of measure and Items.

Inventory transactions with bin allocation

Record stock adjustments and warehouse transfers with bin-level allocation and a draft-to-posted lifecycle, and receive purchase orders directly into bins. See Inventory transactions, Stock on hand, and Bin locations.

Import records from CSV

A shared import wizard loads records from a CSV with header auto-mapping and organization-scoped validation, available for chart of accounts, customers, suppliers, and items. See Chart of accounts setup, Customers, Suppliers, and Items.

Customer and supplier groups, tabs, and delete

Customers and suppliers now belong to a group that supplies inherited GL and payment defaults, gain Financial, Delivery, and unified Transaction History tabs, and support deleting records with no posted history. Supplier Open and YTD Spend columns are calculated from live AP data. See Customers and Suppliers.

1099 boxes management

1099 reporting boxes are now managed data with organization-specific overrides, a 1099 Management setup page, a dedicated 1099 tab on supplier records, and 1099 badges on the supplier list. See Suppliers and Payables setup.

GL account transaction history

The consolidated GL account page adds a Transactions tab that lists posted journal entry lines with a running balance and date-range filter. See Chart of accounts.

Ledgers setup

A new Ledgers setup page under Finance lets you view and manage ledgers, with a protected default “Actual” ledger. See Finance setup.

Employees

A new Employees area keeps a master list of the people at your organization — with manager and default posting-account assignments — separate from the users who sign in to adorabl. See Employees.

Notes on records

Add freeform notes to records and their line items across customers, suppliers, items, sales orders, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, bills, payments, employees, fulfillments, and journal entries. See Master data.

Purchasing and fulfillment

Purchase orders show related Receipts, Bills, and Payments tabs and support per-line units, while sales-order fulfillments gain bin-location picking and a void flow. See Purchasing and Sales orders & fulfillment.

July 2026

Transactional email sending

adorabl now sends purchase orders, remittance advice, bill approval requests, and Positive Pay exception alerts from a verified sending identity for each organization.
  • Sending domain is provisioned automatically when you open an organization.
  • Configure the From display name and Reply-To address under Settings → Finance → Email sending.
  • Purchase order emails send on PO save; remittance advice emails send on AP payment post — when the supplier has an email on their default address.
See Email sending.
