Sections and what to configure

Customers and credit

Configure customer groups

Open Customer Groups from the top of Customers & credit. Create a group code and name, then set the defaults customers in that group inherit:
  • Payment terms and payment method
  • Shipping terms and receipt rules
  • Accounts receivable, sales, discount, cash, cash discount, and prepayment accounts
You can keep a group active for new assignments or deactivate it without removing existing customer history. Customer-level overrides take precedence over group defaults.
